WAR OF THE SPARK SET REVIEW PART 1

War of the Spark definitely looks like an interesting set. While you could argue how much it’s going to impact the standard metagame, it has a long list of cards that have the potential to do so. The last standard format has been extremely hostile to new decks; between the mono-colored aggro decks each attacking on different axis, Esper control packing nothing but answers, and Wilderness Reclamation ignoring the battlefield, it’s very difficult to build a deck that can thrive.
